How much is delivery? 

Standard delivery on orders under £50 is £3.99

Free on all UK mainland orders over £50 

£6.99 to the Channel Islands 

£6.99 to Eire

Do you offer next day delivery? 
We can send your order on a next day delivery if you call our order hotline, the cost of next day is £6.99 weekday only 

Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order? 
As long as it hasn't been processed we are able to change your delivery address. Please email sales@thefitco.com.

What if I am out when my order is delivered
Royal Mail or City Link will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local 
PO collection office or rearrange the delivery with the courier company. 

Do you deliver to Ireland
We are able to deliver to 
Northern Ireland at the same rate for UK deliveries; however the delivery time may sometimes be a little longer. 
We are also able to deliver to 
Eire
 and the cost is £6.99. 

Can I recycle my packaging? 
Most waste packaging can be recycled. To help you recycle your empty packaging; we support the national recycling programme. Visit www.recycle-more.co.uk for more information on how to recycle including tips and locations that will take you recyclable waste. Cardboard boxes are easy to squash flat and recycle!

What items can I return?
We are happy to replace, refund or exchange any item that you are not completely happy with providing they are returned to us within 10 days of receipt and in a saleable condition. The easiest method of return is via your post office.

What happens if I wish to return an item later than 7 days of receipt? 

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange under these circumstances; this does not affect your statutory rights. In some cases we may be able to make an exception, please call our customer services team on 01932 829 900. We do however recommend that you return items in the advised 14 days.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?  

If you have been waiting longer than 7 working days since placing your order, please contact our customer service team. If your order does not arrive within 30 days and we are unable to trace and re-arrange for delivery, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made.
