Delivery Information
We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days after dispatching your order, UK mainland only. However, please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department.
If you do not live within the UK mainland please allow up to 12 working days for delivery.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, you can check online on your account order status, call our customer services helpline on 01932 829 900 or email sales@thefitco.com.
Please remember to include your order number (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.

Do you offer next day delivery?
We can send your order on a next day delivery if you call our oder hotline, the cost of next day is £4.95 weekday and £6.95 Saturday.
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
As long as it hasn�t been processed we are able to change your delivery address.
What if I am out when my order is delivered?
Royal Mail or City Link will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local PO collection office or rearrange the delivery with the courier company.
Do you deliver to Ireland?
We are able to deliver to Northern Ireland at the same rate for UK deliveries; however the delivery time may sometimes be a little longer.
We are also able to deliver to Eire and the cost is £9.95.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Most waste packaging can be recycled. To help you recycle your empty packaging; we support the national recycling programme. Visit www.recycle-more.co.uk for more information on how to recycle including tips and locations that will take you recyclable waste. Cardboard boxes are easy to squash flat and recycle!
