Multi-site Visual Merchandising Vacancies


Location: Country-Wide
Salary: £Negotiable
Hours: Full-Time

The Fit Co is the UK's leading specialist sportswear and equipment retailer with over 250 outlets nationwide comprising of club shops and stand alone self service retail units situated within health & fitness clubs, which include David Lloyd, Esporta, Virgin Active and Nuffield Health.

Role: Responsible for your own geographical area, equipped with van and mobile phone, you will ensure stock is replenished, invitingly displayed and correctly merchandised on a regular basis.

You will liaise with health club managers to provide service levels that delight club members and you'll have top sports and lifestyle brands to work with. These include Adidas, Nike, Zoggs, Speedo and more so you'll need a safe, dry storage area for additional stock.

Previous experience of working at the front line in retail or in a merchandising is preferable, although not essential. However a confident personable manner is a must as is a full, clean driving licence.

Attributes:At the moment we need one Merchandiser in the Bristol area, one in the Milton Keynes area and will need more around the country fairly soon so apply now.

Regional Manager


Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £25K p/a + car allowance + bonus
Hours: Full-Time

Our staff are passionate about sport, knowledgeable about our products, hardworking and fun and we are now looking for a like-minded person to join the team as a Regional Manager.

Role: This role allows you the opportunity to work with a group of Managers and their teams, supporting them to continually improve their stores and consistently deliver great customer service. It requires an experienced area manager with the ability to motivate and inspire as well as being "hands-on".

  • To act as a 'role model' for the area, driving service ethos and ensuring all customer facing staff reflect our aim of service excellence.
  • Achieve a high standard of Customer Service in all branches
  • Liaise with club staff (if applicable) in all clubs in area, to ensure the best possible relations, helping to drive sales
  • Ensure that the merchandising of all stores including displays, POS etc are to a high standard
  • Ensure all team members fully understand the procedures within the store and are well motivated to carry them out correctly
  • Responsible for the recruitment of suitable full time staff
  • Communicate to all staff regarding new procedures, sales and company activity

    Past experience of managing a team is essential, as is a confident personable manner. Applicants should also have a strong retail background and a full, clean driving licence.

  • Visual Merchandising Regional Manager - 2 vacancies


    Location: London & Home Counties
    Salary: £23K p/a + bonus (you will either be provided with a vehicle or will receive a car allowance)
    Hours: Full-Time

    Our multi-site Visual Merchandisers throughout the UK are responsible for units within their own geographical area. They ensure stock is replenished, invitingly displayed and correctly merchandised on a regular basis whilst liaising with health club managers to provide service levels that delight club members

    Role: This newly created role allows you the opportunity to work with a group of merchandisers within their region, supporting them to continually improve all VM through out their sites and consistently deliver great customer service. You will take responsibility for the "look" of the sites in accordance with our planograms; promoting the fantastic range of products in order to maximise sales. You will competently and consistently demonstrate a balance between strong commercial presence as well as visually appealing displays across the sites.

    Past experience of managing a team is essential, as is a confident personable manner. Applicants should also have a strong retail visual merchandising background and a full, clean driving licence.

    One position is available around the London/Home Counties area and the other around the North Midlands/N.W. England area.
